We are looking for an IP Admin Analyst to join our wider IP Operations team in Belgrade.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Proficient knowledge of English language
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
It would be great if you also had . . .
1 year of experience in relevant IP field
Paralegal qualification, IP training/certificates or equivalent are considered as a bonus
Customer care or support experience, direct communication with customers/clients
Outstanding attention to detail and capability to focus on completing tasks and assignments under pressure and with precision
What will you be doing in this role?
Supporting patent related projects and ensuring back-up operational support to clients and supervisors
Supporting paralegals and patent attorneys in prosecuting patent applications and registrations with local and international IP offices, directly or via outside counsel
Gathering and providing outside counsels with information and documentation necessary to prosecute/maintain patent applications/registrations
Creating summaries and status reports of patent matters for clients
Staying up to date with procedural changes and evolving regulations in international IP legislation and offices
Issuing invoices and reviewing outside counsel invoices for accuracy
About the Team
The IP Admin Team, part of our wider Operations team, plays a key role in supporting patent filing and prosecution activities. Team members handle a variety of operational tasks — including applications, registrations, recordals, and renewals, following clearly defined workflows and Standard Operating Procedures. Work is carried out with guidance from experienced paralegals and senior team members, offering a great environment for learning and developing expertise in the IP field.

Hours of work
This is a full-time position, with core engagement hours within the CET time zone. This is a hybrid position, and you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office for a minimum of 3 days every other week.
