Journeyman Plumber
Location: Columbus, OH
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our growing commercial and industrial plumbing team in Columbus. If you’re skilled in both service and new construction plumbing, have strong leadership abilities, and want to be part of a supportive, growing team—this could be a great fit.
You’ll play a key role in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems on commercial job sites, as well as supporting service and emergency plumbing needs. This position requires someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and clear communication.
What You’ll Be Doing
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues in commercial and industrial settings
Install plumbing systems in new construction projects
Read and follow blueprints and building plans
Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and regulations
Coordinate with construction teams and project managers on job sites
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Communicate with customers, explain solutions, and provide cost estimates
Respond to emergency service calls when needed
Lead and mentor plumbing team members on site
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED
Completed plumbing apprenticeship or similar formal training
Valid state plumbing license
5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing
Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs and working in various conditions
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Willingness to work flexible hours, including emergency service

Physical & Work Environment
This is a hands-on field role that requires frequent walking, standing, lifting, climbing, and working in varied environments such as rooftops, crawlspaces, and mechanical rooms.
