Sheet Metal Forming Technician — CNC Brake & Cutting SystemsJoin our fast paced team in New Kensington, PAWhy you’ll love it here

Interpret blueprints, CAD, and work instructions to produce precise sheet metal parts.

Set up and operate CNC press brakes (tooling selection, backgauge setup, programming, adjustments).

Operate CNC cutting equipment such as lasers, routers, and turret punches.

Perform layout, bending, punching, forming, and notching to specification.

Validate first piece quality and conduct in process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.

Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production to resolve issues and improve processes.

Maintain equipment, tooling, and a safe, organized workspace; follow all safety procedures.What it takes

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred.

3+ years of sheet metal fabrication with CNC press brakes and CNC cutting equipment or equivalent experience.

Demonstrated skill in press brake setup/operation and program adjustments.

Experience with CNC routers, lasers, or turret punches.

Ability to read prints and apply GD&T.

Comfort working with aluminum, stainless steel, cold rolled steel, and other alloys.

Strong grasp of fabrication fundamentals, setups, and tooling.

Comfortable with ERP systems and digital work instructions.

Welding knowledge helpful, but this is not a welding role.

Forklift and crane experience preferred.Pay and perks

Pay Range: $22-$33/hr depending on experience
