A. WHAT WILL YOU DO WHILE YOU WOW:
I. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and carry out business activities within the assigned territory (industrial cleaning machinery and equipment segment).
Take responsibility for and develop action plans to ensure product coverage and distribution.
Build and maintain effective market relationships to achieve business goals.
II. DETAILED TASKS (including but not limited to, and subject to change depending on actual job requirements):
Business Planning:
Develop sales routes and manage customer lists.
Prepare periodic reports on business results, market updates, and competitors.
Collect market information, including competitor activities.
Inventory & Supply Assurance:
Ensure products are delivered in full, at the correct price, and on time.
Minimize stockouts through effective inventory management.
Sales Performance:
Be responsible for meeting the company’s sales targets.
Ensure cost-efficient business operations to increase profitability.
Customer Relationship Building:
Maintain good relationships with customers and respond promptly to their inquiries.
Seek new customers and take care of existing ones.
B. IT WOULD BE WOW IF YOU WOULD BRING THIS IN:
Graduated in Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
At least 3 years of sales experience; preference for those with experience in industrial equipment, cleaning machines, or with a wide network in the industrial, agricultural, or government project sectors.
Advantage if you have worked for multinational companies, especially with distributors, Korean companies, or Japanese companies.
Willingness to work under high pressure.
Proactive, dynamic, ambitious, and responsible.
Good English communication skills are a plus.
