Customer Service Associate

This is a Columbus based manufacturing company that needs to hire a talented Customer Service Representative. This is a position filled with variety. This is an entry-level position responsible for both pre-sales and post-sales service. Over time, this role will include leadership responsibilities for cross-training and facilitating cross-functional internal meetings in support of providing optimal service and solutions for our customers. Daily responsibilities will include processing incoming orders and facilitate reviews and responses from our pricing, scheduling, engineering, and quality teams. Provide prompt responses to customer requests for order status, delivery dates. Proactively notify when an order is about to ship or when it will be late. Manage all forms of customer communication both written and verbal; ensure that all written communication is professional and accurate. They would like someone who has several years experience in a sales/customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing industry. Customer Service Representative

Located near Canal Winchester this Columbus based company has an opening for a talented CSR Associate. Responsibilities will involve providing support to the local Sales Team regarding ongoing and future sales projects. Enter customer orders and confirming those orders with each individual customer. Provide customer order status internally and externally. Communicate internally to the Warehouse manager regarding future production work orders. Interact daily with customers and internal staff to ensure all information is properly documented to ensure on time delivery to the customers. Prepare picking lists and shipping documents for outgoing customer orders. They need someone who has good computer skills and enjoys an active positive work environment.
