What You’ll Do
Answer incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
Book appointments for HVAC, electrical, generator, and repair services
Match customer needs with the right technician for the job
Manage scheduling with accuracy and urgency in a fast-paced environment
Perform all typical CSR duties including outbound follow-ups, happy calls, and service confirmations
Deliver five-star service in every interaction — on the phone and behind the scenes

Experience
We’re open to training the right person. Experience with customer service, dispatching, or platforms like ServiceTitan is a plus but not required.
