About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial construction projects and be proficient with Procore project management software. This is a local, on-site role, and candidates must reside within commuting distance of our office and project sites.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from start to finish
Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Use Procore to manage documentation, RFIs, submittals, schedules, change orders, and project communication
Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being performed to specifications, on time, and within budget
Lead and facilitate project meetings with stakeholders and subcontractors
Monitor and enforce safety protocols on job sites
Identify and resolve potential issues or delays proactively
Manage procurement of materials, subcontractors, and equipment as needed
Provide accurate and timely project reporting to internal teams and clients
Ensure proper project closeout, including punch lists, final inspections, and documentation
Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
Proficiency with Procore required (please highlight in your application)
Strong understanding of construction methods, project scheduling, and job site coordination
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project)
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
OSHA 30 certification preferred
