Role Overview:
The MEP Site Manager oversees all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, piping, and fire protection activities on-site-from planning through project close-out. You'll coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules and materials, uphold safety and quality standards, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage all on-site MEP construction operations.
Support the MEP Project Manager with subcontractor selection, pricing, and scheduling.
Monitor project progress, costs, safety, and quality performance.
Review and interpret all construction drawings and specifications.
Lead on-site meetings, resolve field issues, and maintain project documentation.
Enforce company safety and quality management programs.
Oversee procurement and delivery of tools, equipment, and materials. Qualifications:
10-15+ years of construction experience (industrial sector preferred).
Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; MS Project experience a plus.
Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Must be willing to travel across the U.S. for project assignments.
