About the Role
We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Customer Expert to join our growing team. The role involves providing exceptional support and assistance to customers in both Mandarin and English, ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
This opportunity is open to both native and non-native Mandarin speakers with strong communication and customer service skills.
Key Qualifications
Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
At least 6 months of experience in the BPO industry
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Willing to work onsite in Rockwell, Ortigas
Amenable to a shifting schedule
