Key Responsibilities Email Marketing & CRM • Own the end-to-end newsletter strategy and execution, from planning and design to deployment and reporting.
• Ensure all sends align with campaign moments, seasonal collections, and the promotional calendar.
• Optimize performance through segmentation, personalization, and testing.
• Analyze key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, revenue attribution) to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Introduce fresh concepts to keep communications engaging and on-brand.
Graphic Design • Create on-brand graphics for digital promotions, sales campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.
• Design in-store signage and visuals that elevate the customer experience.
• Develop creative assets for in-store activations and special events.
• Contribute to web design by creating graphics and visual assets for the Honey website, ensuring it is consistently updated with fresh, on-brand content.
Mall Relations & Communication • Act as the main point of contact for mall marketing teams across all locations.
• Share campaign details, promotions, and activations in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate Honey’s participation in mall-led events, holiday promotions, and community initiatives.
Social Media & Content Support • Contribute ideas for Reels, TikToks, and social storytelling that reflect trends and brand voice.
• Support the Social Media & E-Commerce Coordinator with lifestyle photoshoots (prep, setup, and creative input). • Assist with the Honey Ambassador Program by sourcing creators, scheduling visits, and ensuring a seamless in-store experience.

• Continuous Improvement: Contributes new ideas, process improvements, and trend insights to grow the Honey brand and business.
• Professionalism: Demonstrates a professional attitude, clear communication, and strong work ethic that reflects Honey’s values.
• Productive Use of Time: Uses work hours efficiently and productively, minimizing time wasted to support healthy business practices.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree and/or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media.
• High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Canva, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Comfortable appearing on camera occasionally.
Bonus: Experience with Klaviyo and Shopify.
