Job Description Join Our Team as a Regional Sales Representative!

Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level?

As a Regional Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving profitable sales through our dynamic network of independent health brokers.

Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President of Sales, you'll be at the forefront of promoting Optimyl's innovative products.

Note: This is an in-office position, where collaboration and teamwork thrive!Your ResponsibilitiesMake 40+ outbound calls daily to engage with the broker market.Create awareness of Optimyl's products among brokers.Build and nurture relationships with target brokers, providing training on our offerings.Evaluate broker performance and actively recruit new brokers to expand our network.Identify potential brokers through referrals, references, and industry listings.Deliver white glove support to broker partners during the quoting and underwriting process.Assist brokers in crafting effective selling strategies to attract employer clients.Communicate timely updates on product offerings, network changes, and plan designs.Master our product portfolio to represent Optimyl effectively in the marketplace.Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure seamless service for sold accounts.Provide valuable feedback to the RVP regarding market receptivity and product development.Meet daily activity metrics as defined by the RVP.Input demographic data and plan designs into our CRM for accurate reporting.Travel within the region as needed to strengthen key broker relationships and close significant deals.Are You the Ideal Candidate?Experience in sales or the health insurance industry is a plus, but not mandatory.Self-motivated with the ability to thrive without constant supervision.Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with professional telephone etiquette.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple complex tasks efficiently.Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability to shifting priorities.Core CompetenciesSets high standards for excellence and encourages team collaboration.Identifies issues and opportunities, gathers information, and implements effective action plans.Builds and maintains constructive relationships with brokers, peers, and customers.Creates clear written communication and comprehends messages from others effectively.Compensation Salary: Base + Commission If you're passionate about sales and eager to make a difference in the health insurance industry, we want to hear from you!
