This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of functions to include:
Help desk support such as answering phones, customer training, and providing support to resolve issues with online banking
Order and maintain debit cards
Research and resolve disputes on ATM and POS transactions
Set up and maintain Business Online Banking
Process Transaction Content Manager work
Skills/Experience/Training Required:
Two year college degree or two years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
Fully computer literate
Strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Possess strong analytical skills
