Job Description
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing challenges.
Design and execute experiments to refine manufacturing techniques and processes.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations across operations.
Provide technical support to production teams and train staff on updated processes.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and equipment to improve operations.
Document and maintain detailed records of processes, procedures, and improvements.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Process Engineer (Plastics) should have:
A degree in engineering or a related field.
MUST have background in Injection Molding science.
Proven expertise in process improvement within the plastics industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and technologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
