Location : Dallas, TX - HYBRID

Duration : 6 Months

JOB Description:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Mainframe Developer, with expertise in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.

Solid understanding of mainframe architecture and development processes.

Experience with database management and working with legacy systems.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams.

Experience working as a subcontractor or in a contract-based role is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Experience with other mainframe technologies (e.g., IMS, VSAM, MQ, etc.).

Knowledge of modern programming languages or frameworks for integration with mainframe systems.
