Description:

The Account Representative serves as a key point of contact between the company and its clients, managing relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role involves handling client inquiries, providing product or service information, preparing quotes, and maintaining accurate account records. The Account Representative works closely with sales and customer service teams to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product or service information.

Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales orders in a timely and accurate manner.

Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upgrades.

Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping in CRM systems.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, ensure on-time delivery, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Monitor account activity and follow up on renewals, payments, and outstanding invoices.

Track sales performance and contribute to team goals through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Provide feedback from clients to help improve products, services, and processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-focused mindset with a drive to meet and exceed goals.
