Nurse Practitioner (Palliative Care)

Seeking a NP trained in Family or Adult Medicine to work in our Palliative Care group.

Qualifications: Family or Adult Certified Nurse Practitioner with an Indiana license or license in process. Minimum of two years of experience in home care, complex cases or palliative care medicine is preferred. Clinical experience in a hospital setting, Oncology, ER or ICU is a plus. Current DEA and CPR/BLS certification is required. Must have dependable transportation with a current driver's license with auto insurance coverage (reimbursemet for mileage to scheduled appointments).
