RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
The Office Administrator will greet and assist all in-person visitors and answer phones
Ensure reporting and paperwork is correct by properly entering necessary data
The Office Administrator will coordinate schedules, office events, and vendors
Maintain office supplies and organize office events
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR:
Must have prior experience in a similar capacity
Must be able to prioritize and multitask with a good attitude
Experience with Office Suite products is required
Pay is $45-50k, DOE
