Job TitleLead Content Producer

Role Summary:

Owns content production across product marketing, brand, and partner enablement for Pinch Payments. Creates video, case studies, sales collateral, and internal resources that support GTM and enterprise motion.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce high-quality multimedia content: video, photography, copy, decks, case studies

Support sales and partnerships with enablement material

Build content hubs for product education, partner onboarding, and channel support

Own tone of voice across formats in partnership with marketing and comms

Drive demand growth via development of effective content to be distributed via social media

May be asked to support with the management of paid ad spend on social media platforms and provide social media management support

What We’re Looking For:

Proven track record creating content that drives engagement or revenue

Skilled in video editing, design, photography and writing

Able to connect product capability to clear customer value and revenue operations

Strong collaborator, especially with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Product teams
