1. Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Preferred certifications: HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, or equivalent food safety/quality management systems.
Internal Auditor Certification or formal training (a strong advantage). 2. Experience
At least 1 years in compliance, quality assurance, or auditing roles within food manufacturing (seafood industry experience highly preferred).
Proven track record conducting internal audits and liaising with regulatory agencies (e.g., FDA, EU) and standards (GMP, HACCP). 3. Technical Knowledge & Skills
Expertise in food safety regulations, audit processes, and global compliance standards for manufacturing/export.
Proficient in risk assessment, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) planning.
Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); audit documentation software familiarity is a plus. 4. Core Competencies
