Customer Excellence Specialist - SaaS

Position: Customer Excellence Specialist - SaaS Company Industry: Creative / Digital Design Industry Work Location: Cebu IT Park Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Salary: Php 22,000 - Php 28,000 gross Work Set Up: Hybrid Job Requirements Bachelor graduate of Information Technology or any related field.

Preferably with background in Customer Support / Technical Support (WordPress-related experience is a strong advantage). Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Able to engage with customers warmly and effectively; maintain calm under pressure.

Familiarity with WordPress core, plugins, and troubleshooting.

Experience in analyzing logs, console errors, and server responses is a plus.

Strong working knowledge of WordPress (installation, plugins, common errors, troubleshooting). Ability to translate technical issues into simple, user-friendly instructions.

Basic understanding of web technologies (PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage but not always required.
