Step into a pivotal role as the Management Assistant in Technical Operations and Maintenance, reporting directly to our Director of Technical Operations and Maintenance.

This position is a key component of our leadership team, driving efficiency and enhancing communication. You will be central to maintaining workflow excellence, securely handling confidential information, and ensuring seamless interaction across departments. As a management assistant, you will facilitate management meetings and workshops, ensure timely follow-up on deliverables, and contribute to efficient decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Required & Preferred Qualifications

In this crucial role, your expertise will be demonstrated through a blend of educational background and practical skills contributing to success.

Qualifications:

A positive attitude and a proactive approach.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Administration, Finance, or IT preferred but not mandatory.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Visio.

Experience with Teams and SharePoint.

Strong organizational skills to manage complex scheduling and reporting tasks.

Excellent communication skills and teamwork aptitude.

Experience in facilitating workshops and events.

Initiative in leading process improvements and collaboration efforts.

Knowledge of budgeting and budget follow-up.
