Job Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive top-tier service and support.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Identify customer needs and work closely with internal teams to address those needs effectively.

Provide training and onboarding support to new customers, helping them fully utilize our products and solutions.

Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in our services.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement initiatives.

Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Prepare regular reports on customer success metrics, providing insights to management on customer health and retention strategies.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships.

Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven attitude.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.

Experience in the industrial or MRO sectors is a plus.

Demonstrated success in managing and enhancing customer relationships.
