Responsible for safely parking and retrieving vehicles, operating golf carts and company vehicles within the Club, and providing transportation support for members, guests, and staff. In addition, the Valet Attendant ensures parking areas and vehicles remain clean and organized while delivering exceptional customer service that reflects the standards of the Club.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
Greet all arriving and departing members and guests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
Safely park and retrieve vehicles, golf carts, and Club shuttles in designated areas.
Provide transportation for members, guests, and staff within the Club premises.
Assist members and guests with luggage, packages, wheelchairs, and other belongings as needed.
Maintain golf carts, and company vehicles in clean and orderly condition (basic cleaning such as wiping interiors and removing sand/dust).
Monitor and report vehicle conditions, including tires, lights, brakes, fuel, and other safety equipment.
Keep parking and loading/unloading areas clean, organized, and safe.
Provide accurate directions and assistance to members and guests as required.
Support other departments with errands, small deliveries, or pick-ups within Club property.
Prepare and maintain basic records of usage, mileage, and hours worked when required.
Attend department meetings and trainings as scheduled.
Execute other related tasks assigned by management.
REQUIRED ATTITUDES/ BEHAVIORS

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, ABILITIES, and/ or SKILLS
Valid driver’s license B1.
At least 6 months of customer service experience (luxury hospitality or Club environment preferred).
Proven ability to safely operate cars, golf carts, and multi-passenger vans.
Clean driving record that meets the Club’s insurance requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in secondary education.
HEALTH AND SAFETY NEEDS
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, exposed to varying weather conditions (sun, heat, humidity, rain, or wind).
Standing, walking, and moving for long periods (up to 8+ hours per shift).
Frequent use of arms, hands, vision, and hearing while driving vehicles.
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Adaptation to temperature changes between indoor (air-conditioned) and outdoor (hot) environments.
