San Diego Harley-Davidson is seeking a seasoned Motorcycle Technician / Mechanic, preferably a Master Tech to join our elite service team. If you live for the roar of a V-Twin and take pride in precision craftsmanship, this is your ride.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair Harley-Davidson motorcycles to factory standards

Perform advanced service work including engine rebuilds, electrical diagnostics, and performance upgrades

Mentor junior technicians and support team development

Maintain accurate service records and uphold safety protocols

Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the Harley-Davidson brand

Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of professional motorcycle service experience

Harley-Davidson Master Technician certification preferred

Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills

Familiarity with digital service platforms and scan tools

Valid motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record

Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson lifestyle
