Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on member satisfaction, sales growth, and service excellence.
Drive branch performance, including member engagement, business development, and community outreach.
Ensure compliance with all credit union policies, regulatory standards, and financial controls.
Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives, marketing campaigns, and operational enhancements.
Utilize strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to optimize branch performance.
Represent the credit union int he community to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in financial services, retail banking, or credit union management.
Demonstrated success in leadership, team development, and performance management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long lasting member and community relationships.
Knowledge of lending, deposit operations, and financial products preferred.
