The Senior Financial Analyst on the US Financial Reporting team is responsible for moderately to highly complex accounting and reporting activities related to General Ledger Financial Reporting. The Senior Financial Analyst owns the reporting and reconciliation of collaboration activities and maintains relationships with external partners, FP&A and Finance teams, Tax Analysts, and other various accounting resources. In addition, this role supports general ledger activities related to other US Store expenses and the resulting reporting and analysis. This role requires a background in accounting with the ability to perform financial data analysis. This position reports directly to the Manager of Financial Reporting.

Responsibilities

Maintain a reconciliation of all collaboration royalty activities and own the relationships with licensors and internal cross-functional partners to support this work.

Provide forecast guidance related to collaboration royalty activities.

Assist in the monthly and quarterly close cycles, including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations and internal controls.

Support financial statement disclosures requirements, including underlying support.

Build strong relationships with cross-functional business and external partners.

Clearly articulate and present ideas and explanations to all levels of management

Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

4-6 years of relevant Accounting and/or Finance experience (public accounting firm experience preferred)

Seasoned analytical, system and accounting skills (strong understanding of GAAP)

Strong organization and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Proven ability to multi-task and work independently; ability to meet all deadlines and handle multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and accounting system packages; experience with SAP preferred.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required, with CPA a plus.
