Reporting to the Tenet Business Systems Manager, the Senior Application Analyst serves as a key resource for the support, enhancement, and optimization of enterprise business applications supporting Accounts Payable, Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain departments. This role includes both functional and technical responsibilities, requiring strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure reliable, efficient, and secure operations of enterprise systems—primarily Tenet’s Infor Lawson ERP and related applications.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a functional and technical lead, in the support and continuous improvement of enterprise applications

Provide daily operational and technical support for assigned business systems, including job monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

Maintain application integrations, data interfaces, and batch processing jobs

Respond to and resolve TenetOne (ServiceNow) support tickets in a timely and customer-focused manner

Coordinate system changes, upgrades, and patch implementations following change control procedures

Collaborate with users to gather requirements, identify pain points, and deliver effective technology solutions

Liaise with vendors for system support, issue resolution, and project coordination

Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and process improvement to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction

Participate in or lead testing activities for updates, enhancements, and integrations

Provide subject matter expertise and knowledge-sharing with peers and stakeholders

Serve in on-call rotation and provide after-hours/weekend support when necessary

Contribute to documentation, knowledgebase articles, and user training efforts

Other duties as assigned

Required Experience/Skills

Infor Lawson experience is required (Finance, AP, HR, Supply Chain modules)

5–8 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications

Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines

Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Experience coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered

Preferred Experience/Skills

Experience with SAP Business Objects or other enterprise reporting tools

Experience with Perl or Cobol programing language

Familiarity with data integration and interface technologies

Experience supporting user provisioning, workflow automation, and batch job scheduling

Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Mentoring or leadership experience is a plus

Compensation and Benefit Information

Compensation

Pay: $89,440 - $143,104 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.

Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
