We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.nPOSITION SUMMARY:nFood & Beverage Manager ("F&B Manager") will manage a diversified business that includes a full services grill, kitchen, fast food service, food & beverage stands, mobile food carts, online meals, and team meals.

The F&B Manager must have the ability to effectively manage food inventories, customize menus, train staff and drive productivity.nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:nnWork as a team player with other members of management to ensure continuity and teamwork is displayed, embraced, and leveraged at all timesnConduct regular inspections of units to observe the quality of food preparation and service, food, appearance, cleanliness, sanitation, productivity, equipment condition and employee appearancenCoordinate training activities inclusive of all food & beverage locations and roles for production and service employeesnPrepare and input all cost and sale information the POS database to ensure operational reports and budget analyses are accurate and drive decisionsnExecute scheduling staff working in conjunction with their supervisor for all events and food and beverage activitiesnOrder, coordinate, prepare and execute all set-up service for all food & beverage activities property wide nDevelop strategies and identify opportunities to minimize food costs and maximize revenuenManage and motivate the part-time team to increase sales and ensure efficiencynManage stock levels and making key decisions about stock control analyzing sales figures and forecast future salesnResolve health and safety, legal and security issues and ensure all food and beverage locations are always prepared for health and safety inspectionsnOrganize special promotions, displays, and menus to ensure maximum coverage and client satisfaction is achieved nSupport and enforce all processes, rules, programs and staff management practicesnEnsure food and beverage is properly, professionally and creatively displayed for all events to include the food presentation and food qualitynEnsure the venue is operating within all food and beverage health codes, proper food preparation, cooking guidelines and sanitation requirementsnControl and manage all aspects of the food & beverage inventory including executing weekly/monthly inventories, food ordering, invoicing, pricing, and cost controlsnAdhere to all cash handling policies to ensure the highest possible integrity of our cash flow is managed and achievednDemonstrate a fair and equitable business practice with all vendors and clientsnAdditional tasks assigned by managementnnMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:nnFour years of experience in a similar positionnAbility to operate all kitchen equipmentnWorking knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and POS SystemsnDemonstrated ability to teach cash handling, POS operation, food safety and handling guidelinesnWillingness to engage in continuing education to meet all the requirements of this positionnInitiative, drive, and dedication nMust have excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and negotiating skillsnMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsnMust have strong organizational skillsnMust be able to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidaysnPrior responsibility for P&L management and budget oversight nnWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:nnLifting (up to 50 pounds); bending, and reachingnWill be required to sit or stand for extended periods of timenWorkplace environment has intermittent noise, generally moderate in nature, but can be loud at times especially during competitions and eventsnn
