About the Role:
As a Spa Attendant at Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort & Spa, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a relaxing and enjoyable spa experience. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized spa environment, assist guests with their needs, and provide exceptional customer service. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service role
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Ability to lift and carry heavy weight
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Proficiency in computer applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a spa or hospitality environment
Certification in CPR and first aid
Knowledge of various spa treatments and products
Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized spa environment
Assist guests with their needs and provide exceptional customer service
Prepare treatment rooms for guests
Stock and maintain inventory of spa products and supplies
Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
Skills:
As a Spa Attendant, you will use your excellent guest service and interpersonal skills to ensure that our guests have a memorable spa experience. You will also use your problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will use your physical skills to lift and carry heavy weight, climb stairs, and perform repetitive motions. Your proficiency in computer applications will also be utilized to maintain inventory and schedule appointments. Overall, your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a relaxing and enjoyable spa experience.
