The role
As our new People Services Manager (m/w/d), you will collaborate with our global People Team to provide our employees with an outstanding employee experience. You will be the first point of contact for all administrative matters, independently organise and structure your tasks, and actively contribute to team projects.
What you’ll do
Close collaboration with our global HR team, especially the Payroll Services Team and HRBPs
Support for a fixed employee base in all personnel administrative matters, from hiring to exit
Primary contact for managers and employees on personnel-related questions
Maintenance of personnel master data and movement data in our HR system Workday – ensuring consistently high data quality
Interface with our Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
Creation and processing of employment contracts, amendments, terminations, and other related documents
Preparation of employment references and certificates
Active participation in exciting projects to further develop and optimise our HR area
What you’ll bring
Completed commercial training or completed business studies with a focus on human resources or comparable
At least 3 years of professional experience in HR administration/services
Good knowledge of labour, tax and social security law
Team player with an independent, structured and careful way of working
Very good written and spoken Polish and English (German is an advantage)
Strong communication skills at all hierarchical levels
