Job Summary:
The Task Supervisor / Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating site activities for mechanical, piping, or structural works. The role ensures that assigned tasks are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with project specifications and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, assign, and supervise daily work activities of technicians and laborers.
Monitor job progress and ensure compliance with work procedures and safety rules.
Coordinate manpower, tools, and materials for taskcompletion.
Report work progress, issues, and delays to higher management.
Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to drawings and specifications.
Conduct safety toolbox meetings and promote a strong safety culture.
Liaise with engineers and supervisors to resolve technical or site-related challenges.
Maintain records of manpower, materials used, and work completion status.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Not specified (Diploma or Technical background preferred)
Experience: Minimum 35 years in Oil & Gas projects
Skills: Ability to lead teams, interpret drawings, and ensure compliance with project and HSE standards
Requirement: Must have valid gate pass for Ras Laffan
