Location: Dublin or Grandview, Ohio

Schedule: Part-time or Full-time (at least 3 days a week)

Compensation: $55–$60/hour + Monthly Bonus (based on productivity)

A premier medical aesthetics and wellness practice in the Dublin/Grandview area is seeking an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join their expanding team. With a mission rooted in confidence, consistency, and cutting-edge care, this med spa is experiencing a transformative growth period and is searching for an exceptional injector and clinical leader.

Responsibilities

Perform aesthetic consultations and treatments (injectables, lasers, rejuvenation procedures)

Educate patients on treatment plans, outcomes, and aftercare

Maintain compliance with documentation, safety, and infection protocols

Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless patient experience

Track key performance metrics (revenue, conversion, re-booking, reviews)

Stay updated on trends through ongoing training and education Requirements

Minimum 1 year of aesthetic experience

Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or APRN)

Skilled in injectables, lasers, and anatomy-based assessments

Experience with IV therapy a plus

Warm, patient-focused, team-oriented personality
