Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in London, Ohio. This position focuses on managing and executing recruiting activities, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining compliance with employment regulations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to hiring processes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct candidate prescreening and assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements.

• Organize and facilitate open interviews and recruiting events for hourly associates.

• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and recruitment vendors to support hiring initiatives.

• Oversee compliance with employment-based immigration laws and maintain accurate I-9 records.

• Coordinate drug testing processes and ensure adherence to company policies.

• Leverage recruiting tools and software, such as UKG Pro and Paychex, to streamline hiring operations.

• Support new employee orientations and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for employees.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed decisions regarding candidate selection.

• Track and report on recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.

• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, to organize and analyze recruitment data.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR recruiting or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, prescreening techniques, and hiring processes.

• Proficiency in human resources software such as UKG Pro and Paychex.

• Familiarity with I-9 compliance and employment-based immigration regulations.

• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with colleges, vendors, and candidates.

• Ability to manage high-volume recruiting activities and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in spreadsheet software and other office applications.

• Experience in organizing and executing recruiting events and initiatives.
