Venue and Events Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities:
Menu development and high-level execution
Work collaboratively with the sales team, venue management, and clients
Assurance of quality, taste, and presentation
Mentorship, training, and development of team members
Communicate effectively and clearly
Venue and Events Chef de Cuisine Qualifications:
Degree from an accredited culinary institution or comparable experience
5 years of Chef experience and at least 1 year leading culinary operations
Experience in luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-end catering preferred
Must be responsible and driven with the ability to manage self
Highly skilled in a multitude of cuisines and culinary techniques
