Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee equipment maintenance and repair operations at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring optimal performance of packaging machinery and compliance with industry standards.

Maintenance Supervisor Job Summary

Pay: starting at $75,000 – $90,000 annually

Shifts Available: 10-hour day shift

Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training and performance feedback

Maintain equipment and perform hands-on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on packaging equipment

Maintain facility equipment and have knowledge of troubleshooting of equipment

Exhibit technical knowledge in electronics and electrical controls

Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure reliability

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

Adherent to site procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs on equipment

Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in pharmaceutical

2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

familiarity with GMP, FDA regulations

ability to work independently
