Part-Time Physician Assistant for Anti-Aging Medical Practice - Affinity Whole Health

Unique opportunity to join a market leader in injectable hormone therapy and GLP-1 weight loss treatments - semaglutide and tirzepatide. We've specialized in injectable medications for over a decade and continue to grow. Our Powell, OH clinic opened in 2017 and has doubled in the past year.

Position Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to help patients improve their quality of life through the aging process.

You will work closely with our experienced supervising physician to review our patients’ qualification for hormone and testosterone therapy programs, vitamins, injectable semaglutide/tirzepatide and peptides. Responsibilities include office and telemedicine consults, therapy program recommendations and prescribing. (An active DEA license in good standing is required for prescribing testosterone.)

Our professional office staff includes a Phlebotomist and Care Coordinators to deliver the very best in patient services and program administration.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Active Physician’s Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure in good standing with the State of Ohio.

Active DEA number in good standing required

Knowledge of and experience in the field of anti-aging, medical weight loss, urology, endocrinology, or related field preferred.

Qualified medical decision-making abilities.

Advancement of professional and technical knowledge in the anti-aging field.

Skills:

Interpersonal skills that enable you to work well with other team members and patients is required.

Desire to understand all products and medical treatments provided at the clinic in order to accurately inform patients.

Attention to detail and efficiency in prescribing therapy programs.

Position Specifications:

We are seeking candidates for a part-time opportunity.

Existing experience and knowledge of hormone/testosterone therapy preferred.

We provide malpractice coverage.

Job Types: Contract, Part-time

Compensation Rate: $60-65 per hour, approximately 24 hours per week

EMR systems: 2 years (Preferred)
