Job Description

Pride Health is hiring a Medical Assistant to support our client’s medical facility based in Gahanna, OH 43230. This is a 2+ month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Details:

Job Name: Medical Assistant

Location: Gahanna, OH 43230.

Duration: 2+ months Contract (Possibilities of extension)

Payrate: $20-23/hr. on w2/Pay Rate is based on experience and educational qualifications.

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8 am to 5 pm (5 days/wk.)

Job Responsibilities:

Room patients and prepare them for visits.

Support providers during examinations and procedures.

Perform clinical tasks, including obtaining vitals, administering injections, and drawing labs.

Conduct and assist with EKGs and point-of-care testing.

Maintain accurate documentation and prepare charts.

Assist with patient communication, referrals, and follow-up care.

Qualifications:

Highschool/GED or equivalent.

Current, Medical Assistant Certification.
