As an Office Clerk, you will handle various administrative tasks that are essential to the functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the office.
Maintain organized records of files and documentation for easy retrieval.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Order and manage office supplies to ensure that resources are readily available.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary is a plus.
Proven experience as an office clerk or in other administrative roles.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
