We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst with at least one year of experience to join our remote analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions.Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and organize healthcare and operational data from various sources.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Analyze data trends and provide insights to improve business performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting needs.

Assist in building data pipelines and automating data collection processes.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems.

Present findings to management and stakeholders in a clear, data-driven manner.Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

1+ year of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare or related industries.

Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).

Experience with Python or R for data analysis (preferred).

Strong understanding of data visualization principles and data storytelling.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.Preferred Skills

Experience with healthcare or insurance datasets.

Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
