We're looking for a Learning and Development Manager who’s passionate about growth—both individual and organizational. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy and skill-building, know how to turn learning into business results, and believe that training should be inclusive, engaging, and outcome-driven, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Assess and Align Training Needs

Identify learning gaps through surveys, performance data, interviews, and collaboration with department leaders.

Align development efforts with business strategy and workforce planning.

Provide actionable insights to guide training budgets and resource allocation.

Design and Build Learning Experiences

Create impactful training programs for in-person, virtual, and self-paced learning.

Develop content using instructional design best practices and inclusive learning principles.

Ensure learning objectives are tied to real business outcomes.

Facilitate and Support Learning

Deliver onboarding, leadership development, and skills training using engaging, interactive methods.

Coach internal trainers and subject matter experts to improve delivery and learner engagement.

Adapt your style to suit different audiences and learning preferences.

Measure, Improve, Repeat

Evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics, feedback, and assessments.

Use data to refine and improve programs continuously.

Conduct long-term impact assessments to ensure learning is driving performance and retention.

Own Learning Technology

Manage and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS).

Ensure content is accessible, current, and aligned with compliance and development needs.

Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve issues and drive improvements.

What You Bring

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or Business).

Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Adult Learning, or Talent Development preferred.

Equivalent experience considered in place of a degree.

Experience:

3–5 years in corporate training, instructional design, or talent development.

Strong facilitation experience, especially with leadership development programs.

Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (Workday, Cornerstone, Moodle, etc.).

Familiarity with e-learning tools like Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.

You Excel At:

Designing and delivering high-impact learning programs.

Measuring the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build a culture of continuous learning.
