Worthington Enterprises is hiring Production Associates and Material Handlers for our day and night teams. If you like staying busy, mastering multiple production processes, and being rewarded for results, this role is for you.
Why you’ll love it
12 hour shifts: 6 am–6 pm or 6 pm–6 am on a rotating 2 2 3 schedule
Every other weekend off; work 3–4 days a week (only 15 days a month)
$1,500 Sign on bonus
Minimum starting pay is $20/hr plus $1.50 shift differential
Quarterly profit sharing with no cap
Time and a half after 40 hours; 8 hours of overtime built in every other week
Double time pay beyond 48 hours in a week

What you’ll tackle
Operate across assembly, welding, paint line, press room, and quality control
Handle materials and parts safely and efficiently
Test products, identify defects, and solve problems on the fly
Follow detailed instructions and work orders in English to meet production goals
Deliver on our core objective: produce high quality parts safely and efficiently to drive profitability
Skills that set you up for success
Show up on time, ready to learn and put in a hard day’s work
Comfort with physical, repetitive work and standing for several hours
Good hand eye coordination; ability to handle small parts
Basic math and computer skills
Quality mindset—detect defects and recognize issues quickly
Read and follow detailed production instructions; distinguish part numbers and sizes
Count and label parts accurately
Follow all safety policies and procedures; strong safety awareness and efficiency
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English; basic English proficiency is required to read safety instructions, understand work orders, and communicate with supervisors and coworkers
Forklift and crane license a plus
