Key Responsibilities:

Service Management:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of cleaning, waste management, pest control, and grounds maintenance services.

- Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with client requirements and industry standards.

- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.

2. Contractor Supervision

- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of service staff and contractors.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding soft services.

- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service performance and address any issues or concerns.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Operational Excellence:

- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial efficiency in service delivery.

- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure service quality and compliance.

5. Continuous Improvement:

- Identify and implement opportunities for service improvements and innovations.

- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the team.

6. Additional duties as assigned within office environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in managing soft services, including cleaning, waste management, pest control, and grounds maintenance.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.

- Proficiency in using facilities management software and tools.

- Proficiency in English is essential for this role.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
