Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician

DirectShifts is seeking compassionate and dedicated Psychiatrists to join our team in providing comprehensive mental health care to patients in the vibrant city of Ohio.

Job Description: * Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of mental health conditions, including mood disorders (such as depression and bipolar disorder), anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, and addiction.

* Conduct psychiatric evaluations, including thorough interviews and mental status examinations.

* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating psychotherapy, medication management, and other therapeutic modalities.

* Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.

* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

* Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.

* Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in psychiatry and mental health treatment through ongoing professional development.
