The ECM team is responsible for equity capital markets and accompany clients in their equity funding needs, as well as shareholders willing to sell securities. Main services provided are Initial Public Offering, right issues, equity-linked operations (convertible bond, exchangeable bond, non-dilutives…), as well as securities disposal through accelerated book building. ECM is also in charge of the execution of share buy-back program (Corporate Broking)
Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of an ECM originator, assist in the preparation of pitches for corporate and financial institution clients on ECM side and support the team on the execution phases
Prepare and produce relevant materials for pitching activities with clients
Under the supervision of an ECM originator, manage the communication process with all relevant business lines
Involvement in discussions and analysis of material with other business lines such as - among others - ECM Syndicate, M&A, Industry teams, Equity-Linked, DCM
The candidate will work under the supervision of an Originator and will work directly with an ECM Vice President and report to the head of the team

Studies & experience:
Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Finance
A previous experience in Investment Banking would be appreciated
Language skills:
Fluent in English
Italian fluency would be a plus
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
Good communication and presentation skills
Proficient/Good command of MS Office
Proactivity, positive attitude, collaborative approach and commitment coupled with a solid knowledge of Capital Markets/Corporate Finance principles
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Italy is to begin December 1st, 2025, but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
