Position Overview

The Solar Installer is responsible for the safe, high-quality installation of residential and commercial solar energy systems. You’ll work as part of a professional crew to complete installations efficiently, accurately, and to code.

This is a full-time, hourly position for experienced installers seeking long-term stability, career growth, and the opportunity to work with one of Arizona’s best solar teams.

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $25–$30+ per hour (higher pay available for highly experienced applicants)

️ Schedule: Full-Time (40+ hours per week)

Responsibilities

Install solar panels, racking, and wiring per design and code standards

Work safely on rooftops and at heights daily

Maintain a clean and organized job site

Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as needed

Communicate effectively with crew leads and project managers

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of residential solar installation experience (required)

Familiar with PV system components and installation best practices

Ability to lift 50–75lbs and work in various weather conditions

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Experience with Enphase or similar systems preferred
