Promotional Products Client Success Manager

We’re growing fast and looking for a Client Success Manager who’s ready to grow with us. You’ll support our sales and marketing teams by researching awesome promo products, building eye-catching presentations, managing orders, and keeping everything on track behind the scenes.

This role is perfect for someone who loves a mix of creativity, logistics, and a little bit of swag obsession.

What You’ll Be Doing

Research the coolest promo products using ASI, SAGE, and other vendor platforms (and beyond!).

Think outside the catalog—source unique finds from direct manufacturers, trade shows, and indie suppliers.

Create sleek, branded client presentations that bring ideas to life.

Work closely with sales and account teams to understand client goals, budgets, and timelines.

Coordinate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, customization, and production details.

Collaborate with the design team to produce accurate proofs and production files.

Generate purchase orders, place orders, and track everything through delivery.

Keep multiple projects moving while juggling timelines, details, and curveballs (with a smile).

What You Bring to the Table

2+ years in promo products, print, or a related field.

Sharp research skills and a love for staying on top of product trends.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint especially); bonus points for ASI or Adobe Creative Suite experience.

Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and vendor-friendly.

A knack for organization and time management (your calendar is color-coded, isn’t it?).

A team player attitude with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for all things branded.
