$20.33 per hour
6-9 Month Assignment
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Columbus, Ohio (onsite)

What you’ll be doing:
Handling inbound and outbound calls on a multi-line phone system
Resolving customer complaints
Following up on customer complaints
Managing customer databases
Interviewing clients during telephone calls to obtain information useful in providing effective solutions
Assisting at the intake desk as needed
Incoming and outgoing mail distribution
Who we’re looking for:
Experience handling phone calls, including escalated situations
Ability to handle a multi-line phone system
Excellent computer skills
Willingness to work directly with and assist an underserved population
