Set up, program, and operate press brake machines (Amada Press Brake with NC9-EX & FAB III-8025 NT). Ensure precision forming of sheet metal parts to meet specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and program CNC press brake machines

Perform bend/form operations using standard & custom tooling

Read blueprints, adjust machine settings, and maintain tolerances

Inspect parts using precision measuring tools

Perform routine maintenance and maintain paperwork

Handle materials (stainless, aluminum, steel) safelyQualifications

510 years press brake experience preferred

Strong math, problem-solving, and CAD/CAM skills

Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and stamina for repetitive tasks

Ability to lift 1050 lbs
