What You’ll Do:

Complete make-ready tasks quickly and thoroughly to prepare homes for new residents.

Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests with professionalism and care.

Perform skilled repairs across multiple trades to maintain property quality.

Document all work completed and communicate effectively with management.

Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.

Your Success Will Be Measured By:

Average work order completion time.

Percentage of make-ready units completed on schedule.

Resident satisfaction with maintenance services.

Number of call-backs or rework required.

Compliance with safety and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in residential maintenance or multi-trade repair work.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Commitment to high-quality workmanship and resident satisfaction.
