About the role

Join the team that brings global beauty and personal care products to life. You will operate and maintain automated fillers and labelers, ensure quality at speed, and keep our documentation crisp and compliant.

What you'll handle

Operate, monitor, and adjust packaging equipment: fillers and labelers

Perform equipment clean-outs, rinses, and product changeovers

Enter product and batch information accurately into SAP

Partner with maintenance on preventative activities and basic repairs

Check finished batches for quality, verify batch codes, and confirm precise label placement and counts

Keep the work area organized; uphold safety and GMP standards

Support team development by training peers and covering for the Line Lead as needed

Must-haves

High School Diploma or GED (preferred)

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment (preferred)

Comfort with SOPs, Work Instructions, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Strong communication and teamwork

Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods near active machinery

Readiness to wear PPE such as hairnets, safety glasses, and closed-toe shoes

Nice-to-haves

Familiarity with SAP and HMI systems

Hands-on mechanical aptitude for quick troubleshooting
